Hi Blaine, the process is definetly not perfect. For this particualr use case, it’s all about two things…1) if the user fills out a certain form which indicates a free user, that user is suppressed from the sync. 2) if a user filled out a form and has specific comments or self qualifies out, the user is suppressed from the sync. Another option…. rather than supress users, be more selective with the sync to only sync users who fill out certain B2B forms. Then leave all the rest seperate.
